Shopping To purchase an accessory, click on the accessory name. This will place the item in your shopping cart. To view your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. To change an item's quantity, enter the new quantity and click "Update Cart". To remove an item from your shopping cart change the quantity to zero and click "Update Cart". |

| Checkout When you have completed shopping and are ready to checkout, review the items in your shopping cart. Verify quantities are correct. Orders may be placed online, by phone, fax or mail. If ordering online select "I would like to order online" and click "Checkout". If you wish to order by phone, fax or mail, select "I would like to print an order form" and click "Checkout". VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Sorry, no COD or open accounts. |

| Ordering online When you select "order online", a secure connection is established. The unbroken key or closed lock symbol in the lower left-hand corner of the page indicates a secure connection. While in this mode, all information you submit is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by anyone else. If an error message appears, click on the "back" button on your browser and choose an alternate method of ordering. Billing Shipping Only complete orders will be shipped. Credit Card and Shipping If changes are required, use the "back" button on your browser to return to the appropriate order page. Highlight the area you want to edit and type in the new information or click the "Clear Form" button and re-enter the information. Click on "Submit" or "Continue" to update the form. |

| Ordering by fax After selecting the desired items and placing them in the shopping cart, select "I would like to print an order form" and click "Checkout". Fill in the billing and shipping information and print the order form. Fill in your payment information, indicating the type of credit card, the credit card number (entering all digits on the card), the expiration date and your signature. Fax the order form to 1-918-234-1700. (A cover page is not required.) |

| Order Status You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow up to two weeks before contacting LEI-Extras for order status. This will allow us to help those will technical problems more effectively. If after two weeks, you have still not received your order, please contact us. |

| Shipping Most orders will be shipped within two to three business days. Unless specified otherwise, orders will be shipped by Ground Service. Most shippers will not deliver to a post office box. Orders shipped in more than one package may not necessarily be delivered at the same time. Please allow a few days for all packages to arrive before calling Customer Service. Ground Delivery to Alaska = $30.00 Ground Delivery to Hawaii = $55.00 Ground Delivery to Canada = $25.00 Express Air Delivery is available for in-stock merchandise which will be shipped within two business days from the time we receive your order. Add $30.00 to your regular shipping charges. |

| Back Orders Occasionally, due to manufacturer's delays or high volumes, certain items may be temporarily out of stock. These items will automatically be shipped as soon as they become available. Only complete orders will be shipped. These items will not be charged to your VISA or MasterCard until time of shipment. |

| Returns If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you may return it in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is required. Please follow the instructions on the Return Merchandise form included with your order. Videotapes, software, mapping cartridges and shipping are non-refundable. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact us to set up an RMA. |
